An original painting in acrylics of a beautiful standing pigeon with a paper message banner attached to its leg. The banner reads ‘Put the kettle on. x’

This is one a series if paintings I did of pigeons with messages attached. A sister painting in different colourways was accepted by the judges to hang in the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition 2019.

It is window mounted with museum quality mount board and framed in a 37x37cm black box frame. For posting this frame has perspex rather than glass but a buyer can easily get their local glazier to cut a piece of picture glass and simply remove the perspex and put the glass in if they prefer it.
